Curing Creative Exhaustion

Challenge

Ro's "Roman" brand creative performance began diminishing on paid social as a result of creative exhaustion. Additionally, their new assets were unable to drive similar performance.

Goal

Bring back performance to the account by establishing new creative to cure the exhaustion, and focus on a creative strategy based on concepts that they had never tried.

Solution

Through creative strategy and direction, my team was able to create two month's worth of patient-focused assets featuring real stories of their health care journey that increased previous CTRs by 84% and treatment requests by 46%.
